Please Note: Inherent within accepting a studio space connected to a local authority or public institution is an element of commitment to the public. The Red Stables endeavours to strike a balance between the privacy of the artist and this obligation. Studio 1,2,3 are located at courtyard level and therefore are more open to public engagement
Studio A & B – Hayloft Studios
Size – In Feet: Approx. 41 x 17
Please note: These are private spaces with excellent natural light. There is noise transfer within the building which can be intrusive due to the Victorian ventilation shaft running through the building.
Studio Stalls 1-6 & 7-10 – Graduate Studio Spaces
Size – In Feet: Approx. 10×18
Please note: These spaces most suited to graduates who would like the opportunity to explore the advantages of having a dedicated studio space for a short period of time. The shared spaces are divided up among 4 artists in total according to practice and consequent needs.
