The Red Stables Artists Studios is included in VISIT 2011 on Saturday 22nd October. The artist’s studios will be among eighteen studios in Dublin city open to the public and will involve over two hundred and fifty visual artists. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet artists and explore their working environment and visual arts practise. The exhibition space at The Red Stables will feature video work by Alan James Butler, recipient of The Irish Residential Studio Award 2011 – 2012 and photo etched prints by Lars Wikström, a Swedish artist, resident at The Red Stables International Studio during July and August 2011.
